I Admit…I’ve Been Lazy…


I’ve got something to admit…

Even though I bought the kettlebell

Even though I posted the video for the world’s fastest 4 minute workout

I’ve actually not done any of it for the last..what…1 month?

Not anymore…

Starting tomorrow, Monday, 28th March 2011, I will workout for at least 10 minutes, 3 times a week, come hell or high wa…ok not a good time to use that phrase    o.o

You get what I mean.

So, it’s very easy:

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

4 Minute Workout + 50 kettlebell swings

Anytime of the day, as long as I do it
